Let me tell you about myself...
I'm currently 20 years old and I was born and raised in Michigan, but I now live and go to school in my favorite city, San Diego. My mother is Lebanese and grew up in Saudi Arabia, while my father is French and German and grew up in Michigan. I've lived an amazing life with amazing family and friends full of American and Lebanese culture. Being highly involved with my Lebanese heritage I've developed a huge attachment to the Middle East, which brings me to my studies. I attend San Diego State University where I major in International Security and Conflict Resolution with a minor in Arabic and Islamic Studies. Even though I've never set foot in a Middle Eastern country...well in a few days that will no longer be true...I feel so attached to the region. I'm also involved in many student organizations including the Arab Student Association where I am the president, the Lebanese Social Club where I am the vice president and Students for Justice in Palestine where I am the outreach officer.
Here are a few pictures that tell you a little more about me...
